Training programs are developed and directed by Joel Jones, a 14-year professional with FIBA-certified coaching credentials setting the standard for player development in San Diego. Every element is designed to translate to high-level performance, with every detail reflecting how the game is actually played.
Skills School (8U–17U)
Built for players who want real skill development. Every session focuses on the details that translate to games: shooting, ball handling, footwork, finishing, and decision-making.
We teach it, rep it, and apply it in real game situations. Every session translates to live play, where players learn to make reads, play with pace, and perform under pressure.

Strength & Conditioning (10U–17U)
This is where athletes separate. Our program is built specifically for basketball players focused on speed, agility, strength, and injury prevention. We combine weight training with functional movement to improve performance, body control, and durability on the court.

Small Group Training
For players who want more reps, more attention, and faster results. Small group sessions are designed for high-rep, competitive training with focused coaching and attention to detail.
Personally coached by Joel Jones, these sessions offer direct access to his 14-year professional experience, where players receive real-time feedback on reads, timing, and decision-making that separate players at higher levels.
We focus on:
Position-specific skill work
Advanced game reads, spacing, and timing
Playing under pressure and controlling temp
Weakness development and skill refinement
Playing under pressure and controlling tempo.
