Our teams (8U–17U) are designed to challenge athletes through structured competition, experienced coaching, and a development-first approach while preparing players to compete at a higher level.

Led by experienced coaches with high-level playing and coaching backgrounds, our program emphasizes how the game is actually played, teaching players how to compete, make decisions, and perform in real game environments.

Players are placed in competitive environments that demand growth pushing them to improve, build confidence, and understand the game at a deeper level.

Team Pathways

Local Teams (10U–17U)

Designed for players focused on development and consistent competition within San Diego. Athletes build strong fundamentals, gain game experience, and develop confidence in a structured, competitive environment.

Travel Teams (12U–17U)

Designed for players ready to compete at a higher level, travel teams compete in tournaments across the region and beyond. Athletes are challenged against top competition, refine their skillset, and gain exposure to next-level opportunities.

Mental development is just as important as skill and physical development. It’s built into how we prepare athletes to think, compete, and perform under pressure, with occasional team sessions led by a mental performance coach.
